Black Cat is proud to announce the establishment of our brand new training centre, which will be run in conjunction with our partner – AIS Training from UK, with the aim to offer internationally-recognized scaffolding and insulation courses.
The centre has now been accredited by global scaffolding body, CISRS (Construction Industries Scaffolders Record Scheme), as an official overseas scaffolder training scheme (OSTS) centre and is approved to offer a range of CISRS courses including Level 1 & 2 Scaffolder, Basic Scaffold Inspection and Scaffolding Supervisor training.

   – Be scaffold standard of well-known organization such as CSCS, NASC, Build UK, UNITE,…
   – Certified for 60.000 students in the UK and 5.000 students overseas students.

This new facility is expected to upskill and improve scaffolding manpower, as well as servicing the training requirements of the lucrative Indo-China oil and gas and construction markets.

This course is intended for persons responsible for inspecting and checking basic scaffolds for safe use and for signing certificates and registers in accordance with statutory regulations. The overall aim is to develop an understanding of scaffold components, forms of construction and inspection procedures of basic access scaffolds and to comply with current legislation and Codes of Practice.
This course is aimed at those who are responsible for the supervision, direction and instruction of scaffolding operations e.g Charge hands, Foreman, Supervisors, Contract Supervisors and Management. To give the attendees such knowledge and skills to enable them to supervise, monitor, direct and instruct Scaffolders for scaffolding operations.
To give the attendees such knowledge and skills to enable them to erect, alter and dismantle basic scaffolding structures in traditional tube and fitting and common system scaffolds. Level 1 Scaffolders should only carry out the erection and dismantling of scaffold structures covered within course. They are competent to work as part of a team, but must not lead operations if the work is outside the scope of the training, adequate direct supervision is required at all times.
The Scaffolder Level 2 is continuation of The Scaffolder Level 1 Course, aiming at trainee scaffolders who require basic scaffolding skills training. To give the attendees such knowledge and skills to enable them to erect, alter and dismantle basic scaffolding structures in traditional tube and fitting and common system scaffolds.
